Laguna Viva

Exploration of the Dunes and Coastal Forests

Prepare for an unforgettable adventure! Together, we’ll explore the dunes, a unique, fragile, and vibrant ecosystem. We’ll discover the different plant species that thrive in this habitat, from pioneering plants to more delicate species, and learn how they help build and stabilise the sand, protecting the coastline from erosion.

Equipped with binoculars and magnifying glasses, we’ll set off in search of the traces left by the animals that call the dunes home. We’ll learn how to recognise footprints, nests, and other signs of wildlife, uncovering the hidden stories of this remarkable environment.

We’ll return to school with new knowledge, a deeper understanding of coastal ecosystems, and a greater respect for the natural world.
