What We’ll do

  • We’ll begin with a short outdoor story, helping children connect with nature while introducing the fascinating world of plants and vegetable gardens in a fun and engaging way.
  • We’ll explore the surrounding environment, learning to recognise different plants, leaves, colours, and scents while discovering how each element contributes to the garden ecosystem.
  • Through illustrated activity cards and observation games, we’ll discover how plants grow and learn about the essential ingredients they need to thrive: healthy soil, water, sunlight, and care.
  • We’ll take a closer look at a variety of vegetables and aromatic herbs, learning to identify them while discovering their unique characteristics, fragrances, and traditional uses.
  • Finally, we’ll enjoy a hands-on gardening workshop, getting our hands in the soil to sow seeds or transplant young plants before creating a simple nature-inspired craft to take home.
