A historical-naturalistic excursion at the mouth of the Piave river, to discover stories about fishermen and those who lived at the time of the austrian occupation, witnessing the tragic events that occurred in the late spring of 1918. We will go into the pine forest to understand how the natural environment of this place developed and look for the remains of a dark past, which remains alive in the memories of its inhabitants.

- Learn about the ecological and historical significance of the Piave River estuary, from the sediments carried by the river and the formation of wetlands and dunes to its role in shaping the surrounding landscape.
- Hear the stories of the local community and its fishing traditions, as well as the tragic events of the 1918 occupation, which left a lasting mark on the people and history of the area.
- Explore scenic viewpoints and hidden corners along the trail, where traces of the past blend seamlessly with the fragile beauty and ecological balance of this unique coastal environment
