Laguna Viva

The treasures of Falconera island

The thrill of navigating the waters of the Lagoon, landing on a wild island overflowing with natural treasures, and a centuries-old traditional culture based on agriculture, lagoon fish farming, hunting, and rowing navigation.

On this adventurous excursion, we will discover how the Venice Lagoon was formed, what connection it has with the Dolomites, and which processes are constantly at work, contributing to the continuous shaping of its forms. We will learn about the history of the island, explore a world that has now disappeared but represents our past and forms part of our identity. Let us rediscover ancient Venetian arts and traditions, to rediscover ourselves.
